About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Stock Condition Surveyor to join our team in the Midlands office. As a Stock Condition Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting site visits, inspections, and condition surveys to deliver insightful reports that showcase your attention to detail.



Your Responsibilities



  • Conduct Site Visits and Inspections: Conduct thorough site visits and inspections to gather accurate data and information.
  • Deliver Insightful Reports: Deliver high-quality reports that showcase your attention to detail and provide valuable insights to our clients.
  • Establish Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and liaison.
  • Diary Management: Demonstrate finesse in diary management to ensure operational efficiency.


Requirements



  • Experience in Residential Buildings: Proven experience working on residential buildings.
  • Construction-Related Degree or 5 Years of Experience: A construction-related degree or 5 years of experience in the industry.
  • UK Driving License and Vehicle Access: A full UK driving license and access to your vehicle.
  • Organisational Skills: Top-notch organisational skills, punctuality, and excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Commitment to Health and Safety: A strong commitment to health and safety standards, aligning with our corporate ethos.
