Lancashire County Council has a long history of delivering high-quality care services to older people. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key role in our mission to provide care with kindness, dignity, compassion and respect.

We require an experienced care professional who can work effectively as part of a team, leading and motivating others to achieve excellent outcomes. You will need to hold an NVQ level 2 or equivalent in health and social care and be willing to complete level 3.

This is a permanent, part-time role, working 23.3 hours per week. We offer a range of benefits, including competitive salaries, comprehensive induction programmes and opportunities to progress.

Estimated Salary: £24,404 - £25,183 per annum (pro rata).
