Job Description:We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Primary Age Educator to join our team on a casual basis. As an Educator with Junior Adventures Group, you will be responsible for facilitating engaging child-centered programs for children aged 5-12 years.
- Foster healthy relationships with children, schools, communities, and parents.
- Develop and implement exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art, and craft that cater to the interests of both children and staff.
As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a Coordinator to ensure seamless before and after school care services. You will also receive comprehensive training and support to help you grow professionally and personally.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A genuine passion for working with children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
