Swimming Instructor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swimming Instructor to join our team at Leys Leisure Centre in Oxford. As a Swimming Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe, fun, and progressive swimming lessons to individuals of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to a diverse range of students
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to individual needs and abilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all students
  • Work collaboratively with other instructors and centre staff to achieve centre goals
Requirements:
  • Hold a valid STA Award/Certificate in Teaching Swimming or Swim England (Previously ASA) Level 2 qualification
  • Have excellent customer service skills and be able to work with people of all ages and backgrounds
  • Be able to commit to casual part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
