We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Nuffield Health Oxfordshire FWC. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages and abilities to achieve their swimming goals.
- Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes, utilizing the Swim England framework.
- Be a positive role model with a fun and engaging approach, promoting a love for swimming in our customers.
- Have a talent for coaching that meets people's individual needs, promoting progress and achievement.
- Promote memberships by explaining the advantages of our facilities.
- Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification.
- Good people skills and a love for all things swimming.
- Ability to work on an ad-hoc basis, as a bank employee.
- Competitive hourly rate, up to £22.62 per hour, depending on experience.
