Kent, United Kingdom Jardine Motors Group Full time

About the Role:

As a Workshop Controller at Jardine Motors Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our workshops. Your primary responsibility will be to allocate work to technicians, ensuring that work standards and time scales are always achieved.

Liaising with Service Advisors is also a key aspect of this role, as you will need to communicate with them when repairs are likely to take longer than previously agreed. This will involve keeping customers informed at all times, which requires excellent communication skills.

Another important aspect of this role is ensuring that all work is completed within the allocated time to achieve high productivity within the workshop. This will involve reporting and seeking advice on any problems that arise during work, so that they can be overcome and the customer kept informed of any delays.
