Job Title: Senior Amazon Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Amazon Analyst to join our team at Hachette UK Distribution. As a Senior Amazon Analyst, you will be responsible for managing our claims and chargeback processes and reporting for trading with Amazon on behalf of our group and client publishers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage claims and chargeback processes for trading with Amazon
  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely reporting for Amazon
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and publishing clients to provide timely and accurate reporting
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to maximize productivity and business value
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Amazon and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in dealing with large amounts of data and delivering continuous improvement
  • Track record of building, transforming, and sustaining client relationships
  • Experience in implementing and using Power BI, Power Automate, and other automation or AI tools
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and organisational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong commercial and business awareness
