**Role Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team in Berkshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the challenges faced by children with special educational needs and be able to provide individualized support to meet their unique needs.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Support children with special educational needs in a primary or secondary school setting.
  • Assist with classroom activities and ensure children can fully engage in lessons.
  • Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and parents.
  • Manage challenging behaviour using empathy and positive reinforcement strategies.

**What We Offer:**

An estimated salary of £85-£100 per day, dependent on experience, and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs.
