Job Description

This challenging yet rewarding opportunity is seeking an experienced Resident Liaison officer to provide first-class liaison and administrative support to our project team. Your primary focus will be on liaising with a diverse customer base in a professional and efficient manner, swiftly resolving and advising residents on their queries.

  • You will log all complaints received in accordance with our policy and procedures, ensuring agreed targets are delivered within your service area.

We seek individuals with previous experience within a similar role or industry who possess excellent communication skills. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel around the service area (company vehicle provided) are essential requirements for this position.
