About The Role We're seeking an experienced Protection Adviser to provide expert protection advice and services related to the home buying process to our customers. With a strong emphasis on customer service, we're known for our high standards and professionalism, having won multiple industry awards in recent years. We also invest in the development of our people, achieving an employee engagement score above the UK average. Key Responsibilities: • Achieve personal sales results • Adhere to principles of Treating Customers Fairly • Comply with company T&C, Compliance and submission standards • Maintain daily structure • Build relationships with referring mortgage advisers Performance Metrics: • Protection case volumes • KPIs – file audit grades, test results, case vetting • RBM grade • Client feedback • Level of referrals from mortgage advisers • Qualification for quarterly TCF bonus Work Environment: This role involves a combination of remote working from home and working from our Central London office in Holborn.
