About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Protection Specialist to provide expert advice and services related to the home buying process to our customers. With a strong emphasis on customer service, we're committed to delivering exceptional results and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve personal sales results and meet performance targets
  • Adhere to principles of treating customers fairly and comply with company standards
  • Maintain a daily structure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Build relationships with referring mortgage advisers and collaborate to drive business growth
Measurements and Evaluation
  • Protection case volumes and sales performance
  • KPIs - file audit grades, test results, case vetting, and RBM grade
  • Client feedback and satisfaction ratings
  • Level of referrals from mortgage advisers and quarterly TCF bonus eligibility
Work Environment

This role involves a combination of remote working from home and working from our Central London office in Holborn. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
