We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Heron Foods. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to achieve business objectives and develop succession plans
- Foster a positive and inclusive store culture, promoting employee engagement and well-being

- Experience within a similar retail role at Store Management level
