Key Responsibilities:
- Develop professional sales presentations that align with client needs and our company's value proposition.
- Organize and compile content for tenders, bids, and RFPs, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
- Collaborate closely with our internal sales team to provide timely marketing support.
- Manage a content library, maintaining up-to-date information for tender submissions.
- Utilize design software like Adobe Creative Cloud to create visually appealing marketing materials that adhere to brand standards.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint) with a proven ability to create/edit high-standard documents.
- Excellent copywriting, editing, and proof-reading skills.
- Experience working with brand guidelines, pulling together technical and visual content for bids or presentations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Previous experience responding to RFPs, tenders, and bids is highly desirable.
