Job Overview
Harnham is seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Lead to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the AI department, you will be responsible for managing a small team to design and build models across Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Natural Language Processing with some Computer Vision components.

Responsibilities
- Managing a team to develop AI-driven machine learning models in the BioTech space.
- 40% hands-on involvement, driving best practices, code reviews, and coding when needed.
- Advising the VP of AI on the latest AI and LLM-driven solutions.
- Creating insights and reports on key findings with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Driving innovative research in AI, building, and deploying core projects onto AI-driven platforms.

Requirements
- MSc or PhD in a STEM/AI-related subject.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and DevOps & CI/CD.
- Hands-on experience in LLMs required.
- Background in HealthTech, BioTech, PharmaTech beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills with proven experience working with stakeholders.
- Research/Academic background a bonus too.
- Experience mentoring/upskilling/managing required.

Estimated Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 per annum.
