Job Title: Theatre Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Theatre Practitioner to join our team at Leaders in Care, a Private Hospital based in Nottingham. This is a full-time role with a generous salary of up to £40,000 p/a and a comprehensive benefits package.

About the Role:

As a Theatre Practitioner, you will be responsible for assisting in a wide range of specialities, working closely with healthcare experts to promote a patient-centred approach to care. Your duties will include:

  • Completing scrub duties in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Enhancing quality control and promoting evidence-based practice
  • Performing tasks professionally and competently, including mandatory surgical examinations
  • Organising and managing the use of surgical instruments and medications
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered General Nurse with valid NMC registration or ODP with active HCPC pin. You will also require:

  • Proven track record of working within an operation theatre with relevant scrub procedures
  • General scrub and circulating skills across a varied range of patient cases
