About the RoleAs a Theatre Practitioner, you will be responsible for assisting in a wide range of specialities, including surgical procedures. You will work closely with healthcare experts to promote a patient-centred approach to care and ensure that all tasks are performed professionally and competently.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in surgical procedures, including scrub duties and circulating
- Prepare and manage surgical instruments and medications
- Work collaboratively with healthcare experts to promote patient-centred care
- Perform tasks professionally and competently, including mandatory surgical examinations
- Registered General Nurse with valid NMC registration or ODP with active HCPC pin
- Proven track record of working in an operating theatre with relevant scrub procedures
- General scrub and circulating skills across a varied range of patient cases
