About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Provide hands-on care, including administering medications, wound care, and mobility assistance
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and regulations

About You:

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration and a strong understanding of clinical practices. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is essential. You should be a dedicated and compassionate individual with a person-centered approach to nursing.
