Join Our Team as a Software Engineer

We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our team at Electronic Arts in Manchester. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing REST APIs, managing databases, and developing large-scale data systems.

About the Role

This is a 12-month full-time internship opportunity, commencing in July 2025. You will be working closely with our Lead Server Side Developer to develop high-quality, well-implemented code. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing REST APIs to handle client requests and manage user data.
  • Managing databases to keep track of persistent data.
  • Developing large-scale data systems.
  • Creating web-based tools to test and administer features.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be currently studying at a university or vocational school with a planned internship period.
  • Be available to commence a full-time, 12-month placement in July 2025.
  • Be located and eligible to work in Manchester, UK without the need for visa/relocation support.
Desired Skills

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Knowledge of C#.NET.
  • Understanding of relational and non-relational databases.
