The company, are an SME- who are committed to their Salesforce investment & plan on having Salesforce as the key part of business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions tailored for the telecommunications sector.
- Lead architectural design sessions, guiding the team on best practices for Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity) to enhance customer lifecycle management.
- Integrate Salesforce with critical telco systems such as billing, CRM, and order management systems, using APIs and tools like Mulesoft.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and deliver innovative, customized Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance in accordance with industry standards.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, with a strong focus on the telecommunications industry.
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communications Cloud (Vlocity).
