Key Responsibilities- Review and understand the transportation process from Fulfilment Centres to delivery stations, ensuring seamless execution and optimal performance.
- Measure and ensure sufficient bandwidth in sortation teams to manage peak time delivery demands, guaranteeing timely and efficient delivery.
- Continuously improve throughput and sustain delivery performance improvement, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Review and assist in analysing data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and implement targeted improvements, enhancing overall efficiency.
- Research and review formal process control and process improvement mechanisms, such as Kaizen, to drive sustainable growth and excellence.
- Safeguard team safety while at work, upholding Amazon's high standards of quality and well-being.
As a Graduate Area Manager, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, working closely with experienced mentors and a strong intern support network. You will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills, making a meaningful impact on our business and customers.
Requirements- Completed a tertiary qualification (undergraduate or post-graduate) in the last 24 months in any discipline or degree.
