Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. As an Apprentice Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience
  • Develop a strong understanding of our products and services
  • Resolve customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Use your knowledge to promote products and services to customers
  • Support the implementation of sales promotions and stock rotation
Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate who is:

  • Passionate about learning and development
  • Hardworking and motivated with a strong work ethic
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude
  • Interested in retail and customer service
  • Ambitious and keen to progress in their career
Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must:

  • Have a grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and maths
  • Not be currently in any form of education
  • Be available for full-time shifts
  • Not have completed a Retail Apprenticeship before
  • Not have completed a degree or more than 1 year at University
  • Be eligible to work in the UK
  • Be new to retail
