About the Role

We're seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Management Trainee at Schuh. As a key member of our store team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to provide outstanding customer service
  • Manage store operations, including visual merchandising and inventory control
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about retail, customer service, and leadership. You'll be a natural communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work effectively in a team.
