Compliance Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conveyancing expert to join our team at Marriott Recruitment Ltd. As a Compliance Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Conveyancing department.

• Dealing with re-mortgages, sales, and purchases, including new build and Help to Buy schemes.
• Assisting in the identification and development of new business opportunities for the department through networking with local estate agents and other referrers.
• Representing the department at various public events in the local community.
• Attending property department meetings and training courses as determined by the Head of Department.
• Ensuring compliance with the Firm's routine accounts and administrative disciplines.
• Providing own secretarial services, including typing, filing, and photocopying, as required.
• Agreeing clear objectives linked to the Firm's business plan and participating in the performance management system.
• Developing a personal development plan and evaluating the effect of training on achievement.
• Complying with all the Firm's relevant policies and procedures.
