We are seeking a skilled Marketing Communications Manager to join our team at Edwards Ltd. As a key member of our global marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing and communications strategies to promote our semiconductor products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Divisional Marketing VPs, Global Product Managers, and Product Managers to align Market Requirement Specifications, Commercial Readiness Reviews, and Marketing Communications plans for NPI.
  • Create and manage briefs with clear implementation plans for marketing collateral, ensuring consistency with the organization's multi-brand positioning.
  • Support marketing communication activities in regional/key accounts relevant to your products and markets.
  • Manage and report quarterly on the Marketing Communication budget for the relevant business unit.
  • Collaborate with Internal, Brand, and Digital Communications to ensure campaign governance aligns with corporate and brand standards.
  • Define KPIs for campaigns and identify the best channels to measure success. Track, review, adjust, and report results.
  • Engage with influencers and media for national and global story placements.
  • Coordinate monthly meetings with divisional Marketing Communication managers and regional Customer Centres to support key account activities.
  • Report monthly to the Head of Marketing Communications on division and account-based marketing activities across regional Customer Centres.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role.
  • A track record of success in designing and executing effective marketing and communications strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, consistently meeting deadlines.
  • A strategic mindset and ability to adapt to new developments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and impact in all interactions.
