Lead the Edwards Brand and Marketing Communications Effort

Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our brand and marketing communications efforts, driving strategic growth and alignment across our semiconductor divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy a global brand strategy, aligning with our business objectives and goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create and maintain a strong brand identity, vision, and messaging.
  • Lead the Edwards Brand Council, driving resolution and development across the business.
  • Support the integration of acquired semiconductor brands, developing brand identity requirements and positioning them for success.
  • Work closely with HR and Communications to align our brand and culture, developing an employer brand that attracts top talent.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of our brand and marketing communications efforts, driving continuous improvement and ROI.
  • Manage and evolve our marketing communications structure, partnering with VPs Marketing to create and execute marketing communication plans.
  • Develop a digital marketing communications strategy, working with the Head of Digital Communications to ensure efficacy and evolution of associated social platforms and website.
  • Mentor and support regional customer centers in creating marketing communication plans that support regional business and key account objectives.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in brand and marketing communications, with a strong track record of delivering strategic brand strategies at corporate and business levels.
  • Proven ability to develop and deploy marketing plans and marketing communication plans in a customer-facing environment, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Direct management of 5 people, with matrix management of 7+ regional communications resources.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to be agile and decisive in the face of change.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
