About the Role

As a Care Assistant with Alina Homecare, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including:

  • Companionship - building strong relationships with our clients and providing emotional support
  • Personal Care - assisting with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing, and grooming
  • Medication Management - helping clients manage their medication and ensuring they take it as prescribed
  • Meal Preparation - preparing healthy meals and snacks for our clients
  • Household Management - assisting with household tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying
  • Errands and Transportation - accompanying clients on errands and providing transportation to appointments
  • Mobility Support - assisting clients with mobility issues and helping them to stay safe and independent

About You

We are looking for caring and reliable individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality care and support. As a Care Assistant with Alina Homecare, you will need to have:

  • A caring and compassionate attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Right to work in the UK
