About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Springcare Care Homes Ltd. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as washing and dressing, and help with feeding and mealtimes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, understanding their interests and needs, and providing support to enhance their quality of life.
  • Contribute to a safe and clean environment by performing general housekeeping tasks, such as tidying residents' private bedrooms and communal areas.
  • Support the physical and mental wellbeing of residents through activities and interventions.
Shift Patterns

Our care team provides 24-hour care, with day care shifts worked from 8am until 8pm, and night-time shifts from 8pm until 8am. Typical shift patterns for night contracts include:

  • 8pm until 8am
