Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Forecasting and Stock Planner to join our Electrical category on a 12-month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Category Manager with analysis and insight to develop a comprehensive range plan.
  • Analyze performance vs. targets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with the Category Manager to forecast and adjust plans to meet changing product performance.
  • Take ownership of stock holding and stock health, ensuring optimal weeks cover.
  • Oversee production planning, stock phasing, and delivery schedule management.
  • Support the Category Manager with analysis to inform strategy and range frameworks.
  • Develop a trading-focused promotional plan that meets budget and creative requirements.
  • Demonstrate a continual curiosity to interpret data and drive P&L efficiencies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in forecasting, strong negotiation and influencing skills, and be open to using data to inform opinion.
