About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Consumer Insights Analyst to join our LEGO Consumer & Shopper Engagement (CSE) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving consumer insights and data analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain advanced data analytics models to drive consumer insights and trend reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytic questions, scopes of work, and priorities
  • Present results of analytical initiatives and insight activities to stakeholders
  • Utilize various data sources to synthesise insights and drive business decisions
  • Develop and maintain data visualisation tools to communicate insights effectively

Requirements

  • Advanced data analytics, modelling, and visualisation skills, including experience with Power BI or Tableau
  • Strong communication and partner management skills, including experience with presenting complex data insights to stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
  • Experience with programming languages like SQL or Python
