Job Title: Consumer Insights Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Consumer Insights Analyst to join our team at The LEGO Group. As a Consumer Insights Analyst, you will play a key role in driving data-based decision making across the business by providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consumer Insights Generation - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our consumers' needs, preferences, and behaviors through the analysis of various data sources.
  • Insights Reporting - Create and present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaboration and Communication - Work closely with business teams to define analytic questions, scopes of work, and priorities, and communicate insights effectively to drive business decisions.
  • Data Analysis and Modelling - Utilize advanced data analytics, modelling, and visualisation skills to synthesise insights from various data sources and present findings in a clear and actionable manner.

Requirements

  • Advanced Data Analytics Skills - Proven experience in data analysis, modelling, and visualisation, including the use of Power BI or Tableau.
  • Excellent Communication and Partner Management Skills - Ability to communicate complex insights effectively to stakeholders and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Programming Languages - Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL or Python is an advantage.
