As a key member of our EMEA ICAAP and Regulatory Stress Testing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization.

YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our UK ICAAPs, covering the UK broker-dealer, UK bank, and consolidated UK regulated group. Key responsibilities will include project management, stakeholder coordination, review and challenge of inputs from teams, and distilling complex results for senior management and the board of directors.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute the ICAAP project plan, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Coordinate stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and successful project outcomes.
  • Act as secretary to the UK capital and stress test steering group, leading the UK capital and stress test working group.
  • Presentation of results to senior management, clearly explaining complex concepts and ideas.
  • Assess the impact of regulatory developments on the ICAAP and lead the implementation of changes to processes.
  • Coordinate production of the ICAAP documentation for submission to regulators.
  • Provide advisory support to local teams in EMEA to support production of ICAAPs for GS regulated entities located outside of the UK.
