We are seeking a skilled Recovery Nurse to join our client's Theatre team in a prestigious private hospital. As a Recovery Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth recovery of patients after surgery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in the recovery area
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any changes or concerns
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical staff
- Collaborate with the Theatre team to ensure seamless patient transfer and care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Experience working in a Theatre or Recovery environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
