About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to take on the role of Clinical Lead within our Community Respiratory Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, expertise, and managing a caseload of respiratory patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, utilizing a high degree of autonomy and complex decision-making skills.
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and experience.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and transitions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service-wide initiatives and policies.
Requirements
  • Registered nurse or HCPC-registered physiotherapist with a minimum of 2:2 classification in a clinical field.
  • Master's degree in Advanced Practice or equivalent recognized by HEE Centre Advancing Practice.
  • Non-Medical Prescribing (v300) qualification, if applicable.
  • Leadership and management course completion.
  • Proven experience in advanced clinical practice, with a strong track record of leadership and management.
