Retail Operations Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of our retail store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality work, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the store manager in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Ensure all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly, maintaining a high standard of stock management.
- Assist with weekly bookwork, including ordering stock and managing inventory levels.
- Delegating tasks to team members, ensuring they are proactive and motivated to achieve sales targets.
- Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on providing great customer service.
- Team player with a can-do attitude, able to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
