Job Description:We are seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to join our care team. As a Senior Carer, you will be responsible for coordinating the care of our residents, developing and maintaining individual care plans, and administering medication as prescribed.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate the care of residents, including developing and maintaining individual care plans
- Administer medication to residents as prescribed and maintain accurate records
- Lead and support care staff to deliver high-quality care to residents
- Ensure the health and well-being of all staff working within the home
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a Level 3 in Health and Social Care and have excellent communication and leadership skills. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional care to our residents.
