We are currently seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our property maintenance team. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work on a diverse range of tasks, ensuring that our communities meet high standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

In this role, you will be responsible for liaising with the Maintenance Planner to ensure accurate documentation of maintenance tasks, following instructions for maintaining equipment, conducting regular maintenance audits, organizing spare parts and materials, and providing assistance to technical teams as required.

To succeed in this role, you will need demonstrable experience in property management maintenance or equivalent experience, a comprehensive understanding of building services, general maintenance activities, and equipment used, excellent written and spoken English skills, exceptional IT skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team dynamic.
