We are looking for a skilled Repairs Surveyor to support Habinteg in delivering responsive, cyclical, and major repairs to tenanted and void properties across various regions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing maintenance requirements, ensuring quality and Health and Safety compliant works are delivered, and escalating any contract management performance issues.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and customer care skills, with a calm and confident nature. A strong understanding of building legislation, procurement routes, and construction practices is essential, as is the ability to manage your time effectively and prioritise tasks.
You will be working within a small team, travelling frequently, and will require a clean driving license and Standard DBS clearance. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
