Job Title: Software Engineer - Risk Team

We are a cutting-edge quant trading firm looking for an exceptional Software Engineer - Quant Trading Solutions to join our renowned Risk team.

In this role, you will work closely with traders and researchers to optimize front-office systems on trading desks, leveraging your expertise in designing and building large-scale risk trading systems/applications.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk-based decision-making processes, ensuring seamless integration of risk management strategies with trading operations.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with traders and researchers to optimize front-office systems on trading desks.
  • Design, build, and expand a bespoke portfolio risk analytics framework to power systematic and algorithmic trading models.
  • Develop highly scalable and performant solutions with complete technological autonomy.
Requirements
  • 3+ years software development experience in writing high-quality, testable code in an object-oriented environment.
  • Prior experience with Python 3 and Rest API.
  • Strong understanding of modern software architecture and cloud platforms.
  • AWS, Kubernetes, docker, Helm, and other related technologies.
Salary:

$150,000 - $180,000 per year.
