Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Registered Manager who can lead, manage, and develop a team of Residential Child Care Workers. You will have experience working with children who have faced adverse childhood experiences and trauma.
Responsibilities- Manage a team of Residential Child Care Workers
- Develop strategies to improve outcomes for young people
- Maintain a strong focus on personal and professional development
You will require a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential setting within the last five years. A Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce and working towards or completed Level 5 in Leadership and Management is essential.
