About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Registered Manager who can lead, manage, and develop a team of Residential Child Care Workers. You will have experience working with children who have faced adverse childhood experiences and trauma.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on personal and professional development and will be committed to ongoing training and learning. You will also have a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and achieving excellent results.

As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support are maintained and that our service users receive the best possible outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing a team of Residential Child Care Workers
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care and support
  • Working closely with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users
  • Recruiting, training, and developing staff members

The salary for this role is £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
