Job Description:

The Regional Field Merchandising Project Manager will oversee the maintenance of field merchandising components, including fixtures, demo units, graphics, and display technologies, to ensure they operate and function properly and meet client standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage communication with XFN and senior leadership on results and updates.
  • Prioritise and manage large volumes of projects across thousands of retail doors, guided by the Regional Field Merchandising Manager.
  • Oversee day-to-day merchandising maintenance operations to maximise compliance levels of client fixtures and ensure an optimal customer experience, working with multiple 3rd party vendors and cross-functional teams.
  • Report results of merchandising maintenance and field execution to internal stakeholders.
  • Understand display fixture production processes and installation implementation processes to prepare workback schedules and deliverables for cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with Channel Marketing Managers, Strategic Account Managers, 3rd party labour partners, Analytics, and Field Sales team members to execute initiatives efficiently and accurately.
  • Act as liaison between regional partners, fixture display companies, and field sales on issues arising in client retail partners' regions.
  • Create, maintain, and enforce processes for all operations regionally in-store and with 3rd party labour partners.
  • Review instructions and execution for multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Process invoices and work closely with the Regional Field Merchandising Manager to ensure projects are on budget and tracked accordingly.
