Job Title: Regional Field Merchandising Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Field Merchandising Project Manager to join our team. As a Regional Field Merchandising Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all field merchandising components are operating and maintained to our client's high standards.

You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external vendors to support the planning, management, and execution of large programmes and projects across our client's regional partners.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and update senior leadership on project results and communications.
  • Prioritise and oversee a large volume of projects across thousands of retail doors, working closely with the Regional Field Merchandising Manager.
  • Report the results of merchandising maintenance and field execution to internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the display fixture production process and installation implementation schedules.
  • Collaborate with Channel Marketing Managers, Strategic Account Managers, 3rd party labour partners, Analytics, and Field Sales team members to execute initiatives efficiently and accurately.
  • Act as a liaison between regional partners, fixture display companies, and field sales to resolve any issues that arise.
  • Establish and enforce processes for all operations in-store and with 3rd party labour partners.
  • Review instructions and execution for multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Process invoices and ensure projects are on budget and tracked effectively.


Requirements:
  • Experience in consumer electronics, managing displays in-store, and working with electronic retailers.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
