We're seeking a skilled Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team at eXPD8. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you'll work primarily within The Entertainer concession within Tesco, with opportunities to work across other categories.

Key responsibilities include ensuring fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and shelves are well-stocked. You'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of merchandising and ensuring our clients' needs are met.

About the Role:

This role will primarily be based within Tesco Barnet, with confirmed working hours on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. You'll also be required to work ad hoc as agreed.

Delivering Excellence:

  • Expert at the Entertainer You'll have in-depth knowledge of the Entertainer brand and products, and share that expertise with your team.
  • Compliance and Standards You'll adhere to merchandising standards, store policies, and health and safety guidelines, and implement planograms to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Product Placement and Replenishment You'll arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
  • Promotional and Point of Sale Setup You'll set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Strong Communication and Relationship Building You'll build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues and provide accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams.

What Makes You Excellent:

  • Experience in merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and use your own initiative to find solutions.
  • Pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients.
  • Comfortable with manual handling and willing to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items.
  • Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about your tasks.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a car is a bonus.
