We are seeking an experienced IAM IDAM Developer to join our team at Syntax Consultancy Ltd. As an IAM IDAM Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Identity and Access Management solutions for our clients.

About the Role:

This is a permanent position based in Corsham, with the option to work remotely for part of the week. You will be working on a hybrid basis, with 2 days on-site and 3 days remote.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Identity and Access Management, with a focus on security policies and controls. You will be working on large-scale IT modernisation programmes for Government clients, using the latest IDAM/IAM technologies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement IDAM solutions, including identity integration, provisioning, and workflow
  • Work with clients to understand their IDAM requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of IDAM solutions with other systems
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IDAM/IAM technologies and standards, and apply that knowledge to improve our solutions
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in Identity and Access Management, with a focus on security policies and controls
  • Experience working with IDAM/IAM technologies, including authentication protocols, OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect
  • Knowledge of directory configuration and tools, such as Active Directory and LDAP
  • Experience working in a hybrid environment, with 2 days on-site and 3 days remote
