About the Role

  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content for various internal communication channels.
  • Manage the employee communications team, providing guidance and support for professional growth.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience as an internal communications leader in a large, multi-national organization.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience driving team performance.
  • Excellent writing, digital communication, and data analysis skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
