Inventory Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to join our team. As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the organization of the stockroom, managing the delivery of stock, and ensuring the efficient flow of inventory between the front and back of house.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in achieving individual goals and contributing to team results. You will work closely with the store team to ensure the right products are available on and close to the shop floor, enabling an excellent client experience.
In this role, you will:
- Maintain the organization of the stockroom to the highest standards, ensuring merchandise is stored in a clear and organized manner.
- Manage the delivery of stock into the store, checking against invoices and reporting any discrepancies to HQ/Inventory.
- Unpack all deliveries, placing stock safely and correctly in its designated location.
- Control and manage the transfer of stock to and from the store and the return of stock to the Warehouse.
- Support the flow of stock and packaging between the back and front of house, ensuring the right products are available on the shop floor.
- Ensure the team is promptly informed of new stock arrivals.
- Plan and support periodic and mini stock takes, investigating and communicating any discrepancies to your Manager.
- Process all paperwork, reports, and general administration connected with stock management.
