Data Auditor Opportunity

We are working with a leading Audit and Data Protection Organisation who are seeking a Data Auditor to join their team.

This organisation is a trusted service provider, working with big names and specialising in risk management as well as Penetration Testing.

The role is fully remote, with a sociable atmosphere and opportunities for progression, including potential routes into consultancy and cyber security work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit Programmes & Methodologies: Utilising audit programmes and methodologies to audit multiple long-term clients.
  • Privacy Laws: Ensuring compliance with GDPR and PECR, with regular auditing against these regulations.
  • Data Security Best Practices: Knowledge of best practices such as CE and ISO27001 is preferred but not essential.
  • Internal Audit/Compliance: Working with clients to deliver audit services and being a point of contact.

Requirements:

  • Internal auditing and supplier auditing experience.
  • Strong client-facing skills and the ability to push back on issues.
  • Strong GDPR and PECR experience.
  • Preferably ISO27001 and CE knowledge, as well as GDPR/PECR certifications.
