Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our healthcare team in Royal Wootton Bassett. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of invoices.

Your primary responsibilities will include creating detailed invoices based on sales orders, contracts, or service agreements, working closely with the sales team to resolve any billing discrepancies, and collaborating with the Credit Controller to improve processes and resolve disputes.

You will also be responsible for supporting credit evaluations with comprehensive sales and payment insights and maintaining regulatory and company compliance standards.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts receivable administration
  • Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel) and Sage accounting software
