Middle Grade Registrar for Gastroenterology Support

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is seeking a Middle Grade Registrar to support the Gastroenterology Team at Wrexham Maelor Hospital.
Main DutiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Seeing referrals from other specialties under the supervision of a Consultant
- Providing Gastroenterology opinion to other specialties
- Participating in Endoscopy Training Sessions
- Teaching and supervising junior staff
- Contributing to audit and quality improvement projects
This is a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will work closely with the Gastroenterology Team to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of the department.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, applicants must have:
- MRCP Part 1 and Part 2 written PACES
- Valid ALS
- General Medicine experience at SHO level for a minimum of 2 years
