The Rank Group is seeking a skilled Cashier to join our team at Grosvenor Casino, Reading South. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for managing the finances of the club, ensuring accurate accounting for all transactions, and adhering to gambling regulations. You will undergo a comprehensive training program designed by the head cashier, enabling you to work independently with ease. Key responsibilities include:

* Greeting and assisting customers at the Cash Desk
* Embodying our values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions
* Collaborating with the cash desk and wider casino team
* Maintaining thorough records and accounts of all operations in the cash desk
* Reporting to the head cashier

Requirements include:

* Holding a PFL license or being able to apply for one from the Gambling Commission
* Strong numeracy skills and ability to manage large sums of cash
* Experience in a cashier or accounts role is ideal, but not essential
* Understanding or willingness to learn legislation related to the cash desk function
* Ability to work shifts at any time, including weekends and bank holidays
